If SEIU Wisconsin were elected, your wage and benefit package would be subject to negotiation.

While we would negotiate in good faith, with collective bargaining there is no guarantee you will necessarily get more or better wages or benefits. In fact, you could end with more, the same or less after the negotiations process is completed.

And remember, you may have to calculate dues into that equation. If, after negotiations, you end up with the same as you have now and have to pay dues or fees, you really end up with less.
